These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to agreements between Universal Digital Torvallbach Businesses and one natural person (“the User”) regarding the Service. Adjustments and changes

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

The announcement must be clear that you wish to use your right of cancellation.

There is no right of cancellation on ceremonies, courses, educations and other events. Your registration is final as we prepare very well. However, you are always welcome to send another person in your place with no extra charge, if you should be prevented. If it is a course or an education that requires that you reply and are approved, this is of course also required of the person you send instead. You can also move your date-reservation to another upcoming ceremony in exchange of a small re-arrangement fee of 50 kr.

There is no right of cancellation granted on Cacao purchased from us.

There is no right of cancellation on online products, as the User will receive the content immediately.


You are liable for the deterioration of the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods. This means that you have to try the item in the same way as if you were shopping

If the item is tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered used and of impaired value. This means that when the purchase is canceled, you will receive a minor portion or none of the purchase amount returned. It is up to Universal Digital Torvallbach Businesses to assess the product’s condition.

There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.

Complaints regarding Errors and defects must be communicated to Universal Digital Torvallbach Businesses in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. Here is considered max. two weeks as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.

The complaint waives for improper or unusual operation of the product.

The User covers the return costs.
